By using Formfix you agree to these terms.

What the service is

Formfix checks and cleans text so that it is more likely to be accepted by the form of a government portal. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with EPFO, CPGRAMS, the RTI portal or any other government body. It does not submit anything on your behalf.

No guarantee

Portals change their rules without notice. We test each portal’s rules by hand, but we cannot promise that a portal will accept your text, or that the rules shown are current. Always read your text on the portal before you submit it.

Formfix is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind.

Your text is your responsibility

You are responsible for what you write and submit, including that it is true and lawful. Formfix changes characters and spacing; it does not review what your text says, and nothing on this site is legal advice.

Fair use

  • Do not use automated tools to send large numbers of requests.
  • Do not try to disrupt the service or get around its limits.
  • Do not use the service for anything unlawful.

We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Formfix and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including a rejected, delayed or unsuccessful submission.

Formfix links to official portals and to other tools. We are not responsible for those sites.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Formfix after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
