Good reasons to write

• A portal rejected text that Formfix said was fine. Tell us which portal, and the exact error message if there was one.
• A portal’s limit or rules have changed.
• Something on the site is broken or unclear.
• You would like another portal covered.

Please do not send

Personal details such as your UAN, Aadhaar number, bank details or the full text of your grievance. A short example with those details removed is enough.

What we cannot help with

Formfix is not connected to any government department. We cannot check the status of a claim, grievance or application, or speak to a department for you. For that, use the official portal.
